Editform item filter on Dropdown of related entity

Scenario:

On a single Screen...

Dropdown box or Combo box of Dog names from my tblDogs entity.

Search field - DogID autonumber field? tblDogs field with the long string of charactors?

Editform1 of Dog details also from tblDog entity.

Editform2 of Dog Walks of the related entity, tblDogWalks. Related as Many-to-One by field XdogidX. A name that's easy to find.

I'm able to create records and keep them synced using Relate and LastSubmit.

Everything I see describes how to use a Gallery's ThisItem.Selected for Item in the EditForm and from the same entity.

So, when I select "Fido" from the DropdownBox or ComboBox, not a Gallery, how do I get the related records in both EditForms? The One Dog in EditForm1 and the Many DogWalks in EditForm2?

Re: Editform item filter on Dropdown of related entity

Figured it out...

LookUp(tblDogWalks, XdogidX.DogID = cbbDogs.Selected.DogID)

with the DataSource being tblDogWalks

Works perfect!
