Error message: Bad authorization token / Missing Scope

Several powerapps that have been working for months have all failed today, all giving the same error on opening and not loading any data. The powerapp still opens and runs as expected on an empty data set after displaying the error. All the data connections are to a sharepoint site. Interestingly, if opened in a browser the app runs and displays the correct data just fine, but if opened in the app on either android or windows 10 the error occurs. I have tested on multiple user accounts with varied permissions, all get this error on the powerapps app but not on the browser version. 

 

The requested operation is invalid.

Server Response: Error from token exchange: Bad authorization token. The access token has missing scopes for Audience:https://apihub.azure.com

AllowedScopes:[user_impersonation] Token Scopes:Runtime.All

Is the issue still happening now? It seems that a lot of people have this issue and one reported that it's gone eventually.
