I'm trying to import a few rows of Excel data into the CDS following the instructions in this course Developing Business Applications with Microsoft PowerApps, CDS, and Flow Everything works fine. It acrually says I was succeful and I've imported ZERO rows of data. I've worked on this for hours trying every variation I could think of. Does any one have any tips? I've followed the instructions here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/common-data-service/data-platform-import-export I've deleted and recreated enviorments and entities. I've downloaded the template from CDS and populated it and uploaded that. Still no rows are imported.

Above import solution could only import Excel files data from OneDrive or OneDrive for Business folder, you need to upload your resource Excel file into your OneDrive or OneDrive for Business folder firstly.
In addition, you could also consider take a try with the "Open in Excel" functionality within the CDS entity. Firstly, you should open your target CDS entity where you want to import data into, then click "Open in Excel" option, then it would open a Excel file automatically. After that, you could copy your data from your resource Excel table, and paste them into the opened Excel file, then click "Publish" button to upload your data.
