Filtering CDS Entity using Flow

Hey everyone,

Quite new to the PowerPlatform and I'm stuck on this issue: I want flow to display those users who have not completed feedback.

I have a list of users who attended a session workshop in one entity and a list of users who have completed feedback for the attended session workshop in another entity.

How can I use flow to filter out which users have not completed feedback?

Kind regards,

Sohaib

Re: Filtering CDS Entity using Flow

Hi @Sohaib10 ,

Could you please share a bit more about the data structure of your two CDS Entities?

Which type column do you use in your two CDS Entities to store the User? System "Created By" column?

Further, do you want to achieve your needs using MS Flow?

I assume that there is a SessionColumn both in your two Entities to store the session info, is it true?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think it is not necessary to achieve your needs using MS Flow, instead, I think PowerApps app could achieve your needs.

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Add a Gallery control within your app, set the Items property to following:

Filter(
         'First Entity',
SessionColumn = "A specific Session name",
Not('Created By'.'Primary Email' in Distinct(ForAll('Second Entity', 'Created By'.'Primary Email'), Value))
)

then within above Gallery, add a Label control, set the Text property to following:

ThisItem.'Created By'.'Full Name'

then all users who do not completed feedback for the attended session would be shown up within above Gallery.
