Getting Checked Out To column in library gallery

How can I get "Checked Out To" column value into a screen in Powerapps?

Can't see a way to add it to the fields on the data source.

Is there a way to show this?

Re: Getting "Checked Out To" column in library gallery

Hi @Anonymous ,

Do you want to display "Checked Out To" column in a gallery?

Could you tell me

1)what's your data source?

2)what is "Checked Out To" column's data type?

3) the settings of the "Checked Out To" column?

Re: Getting "Checked Out To" column in library gallery

Data source is a SharePoint Library

Checked Out To is a Person/Group field created by SharePoint that should show the person the document is checked out to. It should be just like the Created By/Modified By fields that are available.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you tell me what control that you used?

I've tried edit form/display form/gallery, it all can display person filed in SharePoint Library.

What's more, please check your person field's settings in SharePoint Library.

@v-yutliu-msft

They can show people fields, but not this one for some reason.

I need it to work on the gallery, but even getting it into an edit form would be good.

This is the field created by SharePoint that displays the person who has checked the file out.

It is in all SharePoint document libraries by default. I haven't changed anything about it.

The internal name is CheckoutUser.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I've made a test and found the same problem as your description.

I'm adraid it's not supported to display Check Out To field in PowerApps.

I suggest you post your idea here:
