Health Accelerator Entities: Patient, Practitioners

Hi, I installed the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Healthcare Accelerator (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/common-data-model/health-accelerator), but I don't see some of the core Entities available in my Power Apps Data Entities list.  I can find Devices, Observations, etc.

But I am unable to find the Patients entity. Or the basic Practitioner. (I see the Practitioner entity settings, such as Role, Role Speciality, etc) but not the master practitioner entity to link all these too.

Are we supposed to use a Contact entity instead for this purpose? Or do standard Patients and Practitioner entity exist as the documentation linked above suggests?

Thank you for your assistance.

Re: Health Accelerator Entities: Patient, Practitioners

I think the accelerator uses the standard contact entity, but with different forms for Patient and Practitioner

@DavidJennaway  is right. The contact entity has two forms.

As per MS docs,  "This view shows Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data directly within a patient or practitioner-specific form in Dynamics. The data model shows appointments, procedures, medications, and other patient/practitioner data in context and a user-friendly interface"
