No option to add an environment in CDS and can't upload excel files - are they related?

I am a Global Admin and have signed up for PowerApps plan 2 trial.

When I go to the admin center there is no option to add an envrionment

What I actually want to do is upload an excel spreadsheet but it fails. I have tried downloading an excel and then uploading. Anyone got any ideas please how to resolve this!

Thanks Mona. i changed the screenshot shortly after uploading it once I realised!

 

The issue was to do with licensing. I had to remove the PowerApps 2 licence and take out a new trial.

 

Not sure why as my other licences had not expired but at least it worked.

Hi @spacecdc,

 

I'm not sure why did you upload the 2nd screenshot, since the screenshot shows where you add data loss prevention (DLP) policies. It does not show that you cannot add environments. To add new environments, you need to navigate to below page and select "Add an environment":
