Organization attribute Token Expiration Duration broken

When trying to enter min and max for this entity I get an error:

 

Attribute tokenexpiry is a Integer, but a Integer type was specified.

 

When trying to write to this attribute thourgh the xrm-sdk I get the same error:

 

The application terminated with an error.
