What if no Apps or Flows are connected through / with Common Data Service

I recieved a warning, see image below. If my powerapps connections under the CDS stated that no apps or flows were connected through the CDS then I presume I don't have to update to the new CDS? In fact, I could also delete the CDS connection? Thanks.

Re: What if no Apps or Flows are connected through / with Common Data Service

Hi @tomgardzinski ,

Yes, if you do not have any apps or flows connected to CDS and you do not need to use CDS connector later, then I believe that it is not a must to upgrade to the new CDS for Apps database.

But please be aware that if you do not upgrade before March 15, 2019, we will disconnect your database and store your data for 30 days before deleting it. If you wish to reconnect a database, you must contact support before March 29, 2019.

Regards,

Mona

@v-monli-msft

I've actually removed CDS as one of my connections. So, it is my understanding that I won't be impacted by the march 15 deadline and any potential for losing anything because of not upgrading. Can you confirm this?

Any thoughts on this @v-monli-msft ?
