Import the App using the "Import canvas App" option available in the Apps left navigation menu of https://make.powerapps.com/
Ensure to have the AI builder license assigned to your tenant.
You can also start a free AI builder trial.

AI Builder prebuilt models help you add intelligence to apps and flows without having to gather data and then build, train, and publish your own models.
Prebuilt models are available in Power Apps and Power Automate.
