This simple application is a lightweight MVP Application Development Check List for Governance & Compliance. Track unlimited applications. I created check lists as templates, so you can reuse them in any applications. Simply create your checklists, add as many tasks to each checklist as you like. Assign it to the application. Finally, enable auditing for that application. All tables are in Dataverse.
To install, import the unmanaged solution. When finished, launch the application. Go to "Check Lists" in the menu and add a new checklist. Name it EXACTLY like this minus the quotation marks "(EMPTY)". Now go to the solution and edit the table called APP and edit the only business rule. DEACTIVATE the rule. Edit the "SET FIELD ACTION" step. Click the magnifying glass icon to research for the field called (EMPTY) and reapply it. REACTIVATE the rule and close.

Added in version 1.0.3.0 a dashboard to the app tracker home screen. Separate power BI file so you can change and point to your data store instance. I published the report to the web and set the property to its public URL. ideally you have a license and can include the parts in a dashboard and include the tiles as you see fit - you can remove the dashboard object and toggle if you want ot need to. Power Bi file available separately. Knowledge of Power Bi is needed to make this part work properly with your data securely, but licensing is needed, otherwise if you have the free version you will need to publicly expose this data insecurely as I have in this file as you will experience when you install the solution. The dashboard showing is my example and you need to swap the URL in the Power BI object that is controled by and environment variable. Leave blank during install and circle back to populate if you have one that is needed. Remove if not needed.
