Cannot Connect Flow to Box

When I try to connect Flow to Box, I receive the following message:

"Disabled by Administrator

This application cannot be used because it is not allowed by your Box administrator.

If you have any questions, please contact your administrator"

My administrator has no idea what to do, and Box is clueless on the matter as well. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Cannot Connect Flow to Box

Hi @akassutto,

I think the issue here should be mostly related with the Box Service restriction.

Please inform your Box service Admin to check the App settings under Box Admin console:

Admin Console Guide

Quoted:

"

App Settings

  1. Click the Enterprise Settings button in the blue menu bar
  2. Select the Apps tab. From this tab, you can manage your users’ access to third- party applications.
  3. Finished? Click the Save button at the top or bottom of the page, and you’re all set.

You can not only decide to enforce SSL connections and disable all new applications to allow for testing, but also enable and disable apps on a one off basis.

"

Hope the information above is helpful.

Regards,

Michael

@v-micsh-msft- What app needs to be enabled for this to work? Or where would we find the app API keys?
