Connecting Forms to Flow to Trello

Hello,

I have set up a form in MS Forms to collect data for work requests.

I want to use MS Flow to take the data collected by the form and create a new card in Trello with the information formatted in the description as I need it, e.g. Client Name: [Answer from Question 2]

Are there any tutorials, walkthroughs, etc that can show me:

  1. How to use Flow to pull data from a form submission

  2. If it's possible to use one form field within multiple Trello card creation flows
For example: If I have options for 5 different types of widgets, but all 5 different types of widgets share a question like "What is the name of your widget?", do I need to list that question 5 times with some kind of identifier to separate them like "[W1] What is the name of your widget?" or can I ask that question once and use the answer from that question in each of the 5 different form submissions?

  3. A simple breakdown of the JSON used to communicate between steps in MS Flow (the tooltips within Flow are confusing for a neophyte like me).

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide,

Sammy
