Connecting "blogger"

I am having trouble connecting blogger and twitter. I keep getting the following:

• "Forbidden" 
• "message": "Daily Limit Exceeded. The quota will be reset at midnight Pacific Time (PT). You may monitor your quota usage and adjust limits in the API Console: https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/blogger/quotas?project=644771627308"

The error message should be related with the API quota usage.

Specially for Twitter API, "If real-time information is an aim of your application, look into The Streaming APIs".
