Connecting to REST API with JSESSIONID

I am trying to connect to a REST API (Oracle CRM on Demand) that uses a JSESSIONID cookie to maintain the session with the server. There is a connection endpoint where you acquire the JSESSIONID, and then for future requests it is passed along. Is there any way to be able to use this with Flow as a custom connector going into a PowerApp?

Re: Connecting to REST API with JSESSIONID

I have found API keys being allowed in cookies is now defined in OpenAPI 3.0 (GitHub Pull Request), so this may be able to be implemented in the future with an update to custom connectors, but currently fails to create the connector with

JSESSIONID:
    type: apiKey
    in: cookie
    name: JSESSIONID

in my security definitions and set as the default. (Fails to create with message: "The request failed with error: 'Parsing error(s): JSON is valid against more than one schema from 'oneOf'. No valid schemas. Path 'securityDefinitions.JSESSIONID', line 359, position 20.'. The tracking Id is '67924f06-4427-4879-b3e0-4649973cc056'.")
