Connecting to a Group Contact List

I want to use a single contact list for my team to use and update and then use that contact list to record information in sharepoint (mini CRM tool).  I have successfully created a flow to update my personal contacts list from a sharepoint list but i cannot figure out how to connect this flow to the group contact list associated with a specific team.

Could you share more details on Single contact list and Group contact list?

Are they Contact lists in SharePoint or Dynamics 365?

I assume that there should be some common value between the two lists. Then you could connect the two lists using the Common value.

Please share more details for better understanding.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried to connect a sharepoint contacts list with outlook using the ‘connect to outlook’ function which won’t work. For some reason it is greyed our despite me trying a lot of option. So I tried another approach.

I am trying to create a flow which checks a sharepoint list (contacts list) for new or changed entries and then compares those against an exchange contact list for a Group. I can get this working with my own account but when I try to connect to the group it is requesting the group username and password in 365 in order to make the flow connection. Clearly a group doesn’t have those creds so I am stuck trying to make the connection ? Any ideas ?
