Connection Error: Office365user is in the block list

 

office365users in block list error.pngMy Flow keeps intermittently failing with the following error: "Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365users is in the block list." 

 

It does this for some users but not all of the time. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @LaurenLCF,

 

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

 

And I couldn't identifier the flow error from the error message that you provided.

 

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Could you please take a try to create a new connection to the "Get Menager" action or delete it then re-add it in the flow?

 

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

Is there a preferred version of the "Get Manager" action to us? I know that there are two.
