Connection Error

 I keep receiving this error lately.
When I first started using flow a year ago I have never had the problem, now it is constantly there and I can only complete flows by resubmitting after fixing connection??
Below is one of the error status showing when flow fails:
Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365 is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: office365certificate. Correlation Id=A105E839-FE29-44A7-AE55-B1C5D38077EF, UTC TimeStamp=1/19/2019 12:23:10 PM, Error: No refresh token.']

On which trigger/action, do you get this error message?

Does only one flow return this error message?

Could you share some more details on your flow?

From the error message, it seems that you will have to update your connection. Have you tried to update it to see if it will work?
