Do I need a Gateway and costs associated with copying attachments to on-prem file system?

Want to run a flow to grab an attachment in emails and save them to a path on a local, on-prem server.
Do I need a gateway for this and if so, how can I know if there are costs associated with using a gateway.

I have the credentials for accessing the folder.

Re: Do I need a Gateway and costs associated with copying attachments to on-prem file system?

Hi @bitshift ,

Yep, you should configure On-Prem data gateway and create a file system connection.

Then you could use Create file action to save the attachments to the on-prem file system.

Please check this online doc and get more details about Gateway:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/power-automate/gateway-manage

Besides, please try to refer to this similar thread to achieve your requirements:
