Email arrival in outlook (not 365) does not trigger

I try to create a flow that creates a user story in VSTF when an email arrives. However the flow does not trigger. Not even failures.

 

For debugging, I created a flow that sends an confirmation email when an email arrives. I did not set any specific condition on the trigger, only mail arrival. Yet, the flow does not trigger.

 

Do I need to set additional permissions in outlook.com or does the use of flow require other prerequisites?

Hi Stray,

 

Please make sure a connection to Outlook.com has been created properly.


You could try to delete the old connection then create a new one to Outlook.com to see if it will work.


Do you have any other flows based on Outlook.com that will delete or remove the original email that was received?


I create a very simple flow to test the connection, when an email arrives in Inbox of Outlook.com, the flow will be triggered and the flow can run succeed.
