Facing issues while emailing HTML table

Hi there,

I'm currently working on a simple flow design to email list of filtered vendor records from Dynamics 365 for operations ERP system. I know the only way we can email the complete filtered list in one go would be using HTML table or csv table.

I have used HTML table in my flow structure to retrive the filtered records. Here's a sample snap grab:

In my HTML table I'm only considering  VendorAccountName column:

Also I made sure that the 'Is HTML' property is set as 'Yes' against send email action :

Now as I execute my flow, it's populating the filtered vendor records against 'Create HTML table' action output in proper tabuler format. But I'm just not getting similar tabular view in email content. Email body appers to be in HTML tag format instead of a tabular structure.

Here's how it appears in email content:

<table><thead><tr><th>VendorAccountName</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Account1</td></tr><tr><td>Account2</td></tr><tr><td>Account3</td></tr><tr><td>Account4</td></tr><tr><td>Account5</td></tr></tbody></table>

Am I missing something, any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated...

Hi @SoumikM,

I don’t have Dynamics 365 for Operations to test this issue on my side. But I made a simple test with dynamics 365. With the following flow configuration, it works fine and the email content is what I want.

Of course, I select Yes for the Is HTML filed.

Are you still having the issue? Please try again with it.

Thanks for your inputs @v-yamao-msft !!!

That did work for me. However, while attempting to post a tweet based on the HTML table outcome, I'm again getting an HTML tag view instead of the tabular format as shown below:

I don't see any specific property against the post tweet action to recognize an HTML table format the way we have it for send email action. Can you please let know if this is something currently supported by MS flow.
