My Flows connection to Freshdesk is not working and my credentials are correct and I'm logged in.
I'm getting the error "Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: You have to be logged in to perform this action."
Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix?
Please make sure proper Account Url, Email or API Key and Password are entered.
After signing up the Freshdesk, an email will sent to your email address with the subject “Activate your Freshdesk account”, at there you will be able to get the Account Url.
Then enter your email address or API key and Password.
Then with the Freshdesk being logged in, click the Create button, you will be able to create the connection without issue.
Under Connections, you will find that the connection has been created successfully.
Please try again with it.
