Flow not showing all Lookup fields on an order form

I'm creating flows to an order form (Sharepoint custom list) that should send an email of all selected values of all fields.

For some reason, all lookup fields are not showing up as dynamic fields. Some show up normally and some not, and I can't see any difference on them.

The lookup lists are on the same site as the order form list. The Flow account is a site collection admin on that site, so there should not be a permission issue. What else could it be?

(Actually these lists were migrated to Sharepoint Online from old Sharepoint 2013 on premises server and they have very simple Sharepoint Designer workflows on them. I'm trying to change them as Flows for easier editing, but this seems much more challenging than I thought.)

Re: Flow not showing all Lookup fields on an order form

Hi @zeippu,

Could you please share the output of the SharePoint list by using Get items action of SharePoint connector?

Is the list that these lookup fields belong to also have permission?

Re: Flow not showing all Lookup fields on an order form

Hello and thanks for replying!

What would be the easiest way to get the output of this Get items action?

All lists are on the same site, and this account has site collection admin rights, so it shouldn't be a permission issue... Actually, the same value lists are also lookup fields on another order form list and there they show up on Flow.

Perhaps recreating the columns would help, but there is already a lot of content on this column in the list.

Re: Flow not showing all Lookup fields on an order form

Hi @zeippu,

You can add the Get items action, and run the Flow, check the run history, there will be a output in the bottom of action, you can share some instance (please shield personal information).

If you want to recreate the SharePoint list, I think you can have a try to copy these lists, you can refer to this blog to learn how to copy list in SharePoint:
