Get a Row, get dynamic data from Key Value

I have created a form in which employees can go and fill out what they worked on for the day as well as their time sheet hours and it is automatically updated into the spreadsheet table. Some of the employee have been making mistakes while entering their data and would like me to update the spreadsheet for them. As we do not want this sheet editable by anyone and everyone they do not have access to edit it themselves. Instead of takng my time to make these edits I have added an adjustment section with approval to the form.

The idea is when the inital form is submitted and a row is added to the excel, a confirmation code is generated in excel and sent to submitter. When the submitter feels an adjustment is needed they use that code a submit the form as an adjustment and excel deletes the row based on the confirmation code and then submits a new row as a adjustment once appoved by the manager.

Is it possible with get row to have the key value always be the value of the most recent submission or the value generated with the form submission? So each time a form is submitted the user recieves an email with a confirmation code or uniuqe ID.

The flow below, I have not started the delete row portion yet as I have been unable to get the confirmation code to email.

Hi @tstevens2013 ,

The confirmation code should be entered in the submitted form in your situation.
