Hi, we are currently trying to use Microsoft Forms to gather state-related data and then email the corresponding request to a particular sales associate based on the state (sales territory) that they represent. For instance, if a client prospect fills out a form and lists "TX" as the state that is selected, we want to send an email to the texas@companyname.com address to allow someone from the Texas sales department to be able to view this request.
Can someone please walk through the easiest way of creating a flow that uses this kind of customized form data? Thanks!

For this you'd simply add a condition to a flow using logical expressions. Depending on how many variables you have, will determine how best to handle the conditions. If it is just a few, (under 5), you could simply build a single flow with 1-5 nested conditions. Here's an example one that compares TX and CA:, and you could just continue to create logic further nested as needed:
If more than a handful of variables, then you'd likely want to rethink the overall design and expand the functionality to utilize a tool like SharePoint lists. So the forms update the List, and then you use the list for the conditional logic - which would then only require a single condition with a filter query.

Hi @kcarterpeerless ,
If you want to send an email to a particular sales based on the state a client selected from the form, please check the following flow configuration.
BY the way, state field is assumed as choice field.
Please take it for a reference.
Best regards,
Mabel
There are a variety of ways to approach this issue.
Here is another idea.....
I am assuming that State in the Form is a choice column.
