How to get response details from a multiple sections Form?

Hi there,

My form has 4 sections in it, I do know how to retrieve response details from a "classic forms" (with no section in it) but what about getting all the response details from all sections?

Currently I only get response details from the 1st section, which is only 20% of the Form content..

Is it possible?

From what I remember, this is not supported in Power Automate yet.

I have made a test on my side and I could get all responses in different sections.

You only need to get a specified response through corresponding Dynamic content.

• Following is the process of my test.
• Create 3 sections in Forms and add one question in each section.
• When I configured Flow, I can get response through selecting Dynamic content with the name as a question.

Thanks a lot Bacao, I just have to figure out how to insert the "Compose" command/action, I can't find it in the list of actions available.
