How to get response details from a multiple sections Form?

Hi there,

My form has 4 sections in it, I do know how to retrieve response details from a "classic forms" (with no section in it) but what about getting all the response details from all sections?

Currently I only get response details from the 1st section, which is only 20% of the Form content..

Is it possible?

Cheers,

Hi @Anonymous ,

I have made a test on my side and I could get all responses in different sections.

You only need to get a specified response through corresponding Dynamic content.

  • Following is the process of my test.
  • Create 3 sections in Forms and add one question in each section.
  • When I configured Flow, I can get response through selecting Dynamic content with the name as a question.

Please try again.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you provide more details about the classic forms you mentioned?

You could share the configuration of Flow to us so that we can understand your needs.

In addition, to get response details, you can refer to the following configuration:

Please check this link and get more details about MS Forms connector:

Hi,

Hereafter are the snapshots of my flow and 1 example of a "classic forms" (without any sections in it) and a "sectionned forms" (with several sections and logic pattern in it) :

Flow 1/2Flow 1/2

Flow 2/2Flow 2/2

Hello,

From what I remember, this is not supported in Power Automate yet.

Thanks a lot Bacao, I just have to figure out how to insert the "Compose" command/action, I can't find it in the list of actions available.

Cheers,
