I have an Excel file that I use for a data source sitting in OneDrive for Business. However, the PowerApps connector goes to a different folder than the connector that my PowerBI workspace app is using. How can I force the PowerApps connector to connect to the correct OneDrive folder?

You can create a new connector of OneDrive for business, then you can select the new file to connect to your PowerApp:
