Insert list items to SQL Server

Hi All,

When I add a new item to a SPO list I would like FLOW to insert the data into a SQL server managed Instance DB table.

I know I saw something about this at SP Fest in Chicago last year, but I can't figure out how to do it.

Is it possible?

TIA,

Joe

Re: Insert list items to SQL Server

Hi @joef ,

You could create a flow with trigger "When an item is created" of sharepoint connector and an action "Insert row" action of sql Server conenctor, the flow should as screenshot below:

Re: Insert list items to SQL Server

Thanks @v-alzhan-msft ,

I think I may be getting burnt by my firewall.  My test connection is failing, and I am using the same SQL Auth as I do thru SSMS.

Would you know where I can find documentation of what needs to be open between SPO and a SQL server Managed Instance in Azure?

Thanks again,

Joe
