I've been advised by Jotform technical team, that the integration has changed with the Jotform Trigger. Previously if we edited a form and then re-submitted it, it would come through as new submission and trigger the Jotform link and process the flow.
It now seems that this no longer works and that the Trigger doesn't pick up re-submitted forms and therefore does not trigger the flow process. Could someone update any more details on this, or let us know if this is a bug?
As above Jotform have informed me that this is a Microsoft issue and not a issue from Jotform, as they haven't changed how the API link works.
So any other suggestions would be great, as this is a big problem if it no longer triggers on edited forms.
I had a reply from the JotForm dev's and they've said this should be fixed now i haven't had any more issues with re-submissions.
That is strange. Maybe it is something Power Automate isn't handling in my flow correctly? How do you have yours setup and is it feeding into an Excel Online (Business) table from Jotform through a flow?
I contacted the Jotform team with the question yesterday and they said the feature wasn't in place but they would add it to the potential feature list for the dev team to work.
