Manually start a flow

Hi Community,

Is it possible to start a flow(s) manually from a list?

I would like to have multiple flows connected to a list. e.g. 1st flow would send the item for review. 2nd would send for approval, another would reject etc.

What would be the best approach for this? Mutliple flows with conditions or one flow with multiple conditions.

In SPD you can create a workflow manually and just wondering if this is available in Flows

Also need the funtionality to start the flow manually from the modern view library.

Can we have options to start a flow manually as well as when an item is created? I have to give control to manually start a flow when needed and when a new item is updated or created.Pls suggest?
