Need to forward all changes in a local file share to SharePoint

I've found several related Flow triggers and actions, but not a complete approach to forwarding all changes in a local file share to a SharePoint library, such as creation, update, or removal of a file or document. Any plans to provide this?

Re: Need to forward all changes in a local file share to SharePoint

Hi @FrankD,

Which connector are you using for the local file share? Is it File system?

Do you want to create, update or remove a file from the SharePoint library when changes are made to the file saved in local file share?

If you are using File system, you could try to use the triggers “When a file is created or modified” and “When a file is created” for creation and update. However, for removal, currently there is no trigger can be used for this connector.

if you need more, please submit a request on Flow Ideas forum for this feature:

Then for the action, you could try to use SharePoint Create file, Update file, and Delete file for your scenario.

Best regards,
