ODATA filters for SQL implemented yet?

I'm trying to filter a SQL get rows action with the following ODATA filter but it never returns any rows even though there is a matching row in the DB. I've verified from run data that the correct values are being passed from the ShP list I'm using to filter, and yet the get rows action continues to return no results.

 

Are ODATA filters on SQL actions implemented yet?

 

Here's my filter:

 

Issue eq [ShP Issue column from dynamic content menu] and Project eq [ShP Project column from dynamic content menu]

The OData filter works from my side.

And for now the OData filter supports the Dynamic content as available input value.

Please take a note of the format for the two fields, Issue and the Project, then take use of conversion functions to convert the Dynamic content in a compose action, then use the compose output as the filter value, like this:
