One Drive connection failing in flow

I am trying to create a flow from outlook to one drive, where the flow will download attachments to a folder in my one drive storage. This is a template flow that I am using. However the flow is broken and in order to fix the connection to one drive I am asked to sign into my microsoft account. Obviously I have an account otherwise I wouldn't be on this forum or have outlook mail or use one drive storage. I sign in with my university email, which is the same username I use to sign into all the other 365 services and the error message states that I do not have a microsoft account.

How do I fix the connection, or sign in?

Many thanks for your help

Dane

Hi @danewatkins,

Are you using OneDrive for personal?

You could try to use this account to configure the same action connection for OneDrive for personal and OneDrive for Business to see if all these two actions can't use the connection created by this account.

If only one is available, note that when configuring the action, you should select the appropriate OneDrive type to configure.

If not applicable, please feel free let me know.

Best Regards,

Barry
