Power Automate API Request - SCA Endpoint - Private key

I'm trying to connect the Power Automate to the Wise API.
Basically, API tells me that his endpoint is SCA protected.

So, I had to upload a public pem key. When I start the request it will fail and return me a token (X-2FA-Approval)

After that I've to do a new request passing X-2FA-Approval parameter again and add the token sign with private key as basencode64 in header (X-Signature)

I create this two request and a receive this token in the first step, but I don't no if its possible to pass the sign token into the X-Signature, because the token will change every new trigger

I don't not if I made myself clear, but here is the steps from the API:

  1. Client makes a request which requires strong authentication. (See picture)
  2. The request is declined with HTTP status 403 / Forbidden with the following response headers
    • X-2FA-Approval-Result: REJECTED
    • X-2FA-Approval containing the one-time token (OTT) value which is what needs to be signed  (See picture)
  3. Client signs the OTT with the private key corresponding to a public key previously uploaded for signature verification. (Is it possible to do it using power automate? I've the private and public key .pem files)
  4. Client repeats the initial request with the OTT provided in the X-2FA-Approval request header and the signed OTT in the X-Signature request header. (See picture)
  5. Customer has authenticated and the action is completed. You will receive a response with x-2fa-approval-result status APPROVED in headers.

This is Request that I'm trying to use
