It sounds like your admins may have created DLP policies which block some of the behavior of your flows. When that happens, such flows are suspended.
Please reach out to your admins to see about loosening these policies - maybe in a special environment if they're concerned about data leakage and your use case is suitable for an exception.
As admins, they should be able to see flows which make use of various connectors inside the admin portal. The hope is that they validate that policies will not disrupt flows before creating them - but once a dlp policy is created, we respect them.
This was what my research lead me too.
However, it is not just my work office 365 account that has been affected.
So has my home 365 and google account, so even though they are my personal accounts i cannot use my flows.
I cannot access the admin site to correct this.

If you author flows under your organization account (where your org id is the flow owner) but you use your personal account for the connections, the dlp policies will still block flow execution.
Or are you having this issue while logged into flow with your personal account?
Do you have a flow url I can look at for the affected flow?
The issue is in my personal account, and it randomly happened overnight.

Also, another issue I noticed was that when events were altered, i ended up with multiple copies in my calendar.
I did find a template for Office 365 to google sync, that seems to work really well but there is no equivelent template for office 365 to outlook.com?
