Hi,
i would much appreciate help regarding an app i would like to build using QR Code
My aim is to scan a QR Code which i generated from sharepoint document library and saved the link in the document library
Upon scanning QR Code, i would like to have the collection to populate details from the sharepoint list
Is this possible?
Much appreciate help
if above is not feasible, is there a way to do it with flow ?
So far i am able to scan the qrcode and feed data to collection and save it sharepoint document library (name of collection is ScannedDocument)
i would like to know if there is way to save scanned data to a new document library and retrieve details from another document library and merge both together
Hi @Anonymous,
From first part, it seems that you would like to scan QR code that has been generated from SharePoint library using Flow. I am afraid that it is no possible currently.
About second part, it seems that you would like merge two document libraries into one. If they have a common value, please try if the following way will work for you.
Add the trigger “When a file is created in a folder (properties only)” in Library1, then “Get files (properties only)” from SharePoint Library 2, use a Condition to check if they have a Common Title, if yes, add an action “Update file properties” to update details from Library 2 to Library 1.
Please take a try with it and feel free post back if you need more help.
Best regards,
Mabel
