SQL - Get Single Row

Hi All , 

Previously, when I have been using Get Row from SQL Server, the file I have been requesting has a single field as the primary index . I now have a requirement to Get a row from a file which has three fields which make up the Primary Index . Is there a way of expressing the three fields together to create the row ID?

You want to Get a row based on three fields from SQL server.
