Salesforce 502 URI Too Long

I have a few flows with Salesforce working fine, but when connecting to "Cases" object in Salesforce I get the error below

the flow begins "when a record is modified"

Salesforce Object Type: Cases (standard salesforce object)

{
  "error": {
    "code"502,
    "source""asia-001.azure-apim.net",
    "clientRequestId""e79d1c08-e375-4a13-b185-3e3af05b8783",
    "message""BadGateway",
    "innerError": {
      "status"502,
      "message""Salesforce failed to complete task: Message:
Bad Message 414

reason: URI Too Long
\r\nclientRequestId: e79d1c08-e375-4a13-b185-3e3af05b8783",
      "source""Salesforce.Common",
      "errors": []
    }
  }
}

Additional comment: I do not get the error when working with custom objects

Re: Salesforce 502 URI Too Long

Hi @Amador,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

The error message indicates that the URI requested by the client on your side is longer than the server is willing to interpret. More details about the URL Too Long error, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-troubleshooting-how-use-financi...

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My flow's configuration as below:20.JPGThe flow works successfully as below:21.JPG

Please consider take a try to clear cache of your browser and re-create a new connection to the Salesforce connector within your flow, then try your flow again to check if the issue is solved.

Best regards,

Kris
