Servicenow Conenctor not Retrieving Records

Hi MS Community, 

 

I have recently gained access to Premium Connectors and am looking to automate ticket creation in ServiceNow using Power Automate and the ServiceNow Connector. When I go to use the Get Record or List Records connectors (all I've tried), I get no results and only a link for an output file/webpage. I get the same results regardless of any filters I use or if I don't use any at all like below. (Filter Array isn't necessary, just testing. Get the same results regardless of the following step)

the Click to Download in the OUTPUTS section takes me to a page with just this text on it:
