Unable to connect to On Premise SharePoint 2013

We can connect to our Dev and Test SharePoint 2013 Farms. But when we configure the flow against production site gets following error:

Could not retrieve values. <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN""http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> <HTML><HEAD><TITLE>Not Found</TITLE> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" Content="text/html; charset=us-ascii"></HEAD> <BODY><h2>Not Found</h2> <hr><p>HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.</p> </BODY></HTML> clientRequestId: 485D8D76-D7C4-4DC5-9969-28271E8F9DFB

This error appear when we add "When a new item is created", the List Name drop down we get the above error. Any suggestions?

Re: Unable to connect to On Premise SharePoint 2013

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your response.

I think, I have found the root cause and it appears HTTPS sites are not supported in on-premise gateway and this is found here:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/PowerApps-Forum/Error-connecting-to-on-premise-SharePoint-2013-s...

I have created a new web application in the same (prod) environment with HTTP and it seem to work.

Regards,

Vishwa

Re: Unable to connect to On Premise SharePoint 2013

Hi @Vishwa,

From the error message:

"HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found"

Mostly this issue is caused by the wrong SharePoint Site URL, please first verify the Production SharePoint site URL is correctly typed,

Another thing that may be related with this should be network issue, please also verify the configuration for Flow is well configured:

Limits and configuration in Microsoft Flow
