Unable to parse the specified Excel workbook within a sufficient time frame

Hello,

We are finding problems while trying to use "GetRows()" from Microsoft flow. It launches the following error:

{
  "status": 400,
  "message": "Unable to parse the specified Excel workbook within a sufficient time frame. Please try again later or reduce the Excel workbook.\r\nclientRequestId: 1dc26fd4-8140-46c2-9755-7de37da3f29a",
  "source": "excel-ne.azconn-ne.p.azurewebsites.net"
}

It's a 995 KB Excel file, and it has 27 sheets, but they are not that big.

What can we do so we can work with this Excel without modifying it?

Thank you!

Re: Unable to parse the specified Excel workbook within a sufficient time frame

Hi @Sonhja,

From the error message it seems that it is caused by the number of workbooks you have.

Could you please try to reduce the Excel workbook to see if it will work?

Please let me know if you are still having the issue.

Best regards,

Mabel
