Unable to pull formula derived data from excel to planner

Hi Everyone,

I’m really new to flow and thus, this question.

I am setting up a flow from Excel to Planner using a recurring trigger.

My current work process goes like this:

1) At the start of every month, a new bucket with the name reflecting the month and the year will be created (e.g October 2019).

2) After which, the rows in the excel sheet which has the ‘Next Cycle’ reflected as October 2019 are to be used to create a task in the October 2019 bucket using the respective descriptions.

However, the dates in the ‘Next Cycle’ column is derived from the ‘Last done’ column and the frequency using a formula.

I’m suspecting that this is what is causing me to not be able to extract the description of the data with the matching month and year as the bucket name.

I have attached the screenshots of my work flow and the excel sheet.

Hope to find some help and clarifications here.

TLDR: (I would like the October 2019 bucket to be populated with the Description from the rows which has the next cycle due in October 2019).

Re: Unable to pull formula derived data from excel to planner

Hi @ZTun ,

Do you have the value of the Next Cycle field output in the Flow?

You can use Compose to output the value of Dynamic content-Next Cycle and see if it matches expectations.

In addition, the format required in the Due Date Time field seems to be inconsistent with the format of the Next Cycle field.

Please view the Flow run history and check that the property values contained in the Body of each action are as expected.
