adding a custom field in freshdesk create ticket action

I am trying to create a Flow that submits a ticket to our company FreshDesk when a SharePoint list gets updated/edited.


I'm unable to add a field that addresses the "group_id" API, which is a standard API type for FreshDesk. I also have other APIs that were custom added in our FreshDesk that I'd like to include to make sure the submitted ticket gets routed the right way. The inability to define "group_id" is preventing the Flow from running.


I don't have premium access to Flow, so I can't immediately create my own custom API connection. Any suggestions for this would be hugely appreciated.

Could you provide screen shoot of Flow configuration?

I have checked the standard parameters of Create a ticket action, and it seems that the parameters list does not contain group_id.

group_id is a requirement imposed by my company's FreshDesk to help route the ticket to the right team. so I'd like to customize the FreshDesk connector with that parameter, as well as several others.
