I am trying to create a Flow that submits a ticket to our company FreshDesk when a SharePoint list gets updated/edited.
I'm unable to add a field that addresses the "group_id" API, which is a standard API type for FreshDesk. I also have other APIs that were custom added in our FreshDesk that I'd like to include to make sure the submitted ticket gets routed the right way. The inability to define "group_id" is preventing the Flow from running.
I don't have premium access to Flow, so I can't immediately create my own custom API connection. Any suggestions for this would be hugely appreciated.
