onedrive excel spreadsheet as source

How does Flow know that it has already processed certain rows everytime it connects to a onedrive excel sheet? And only process the new rows since the last polling?

I as that because I had Flow retrieving rows from an Excel sheet and creating records in CRM. It was working okay and then it started an endless loop and everytime it connected to the sheet it created the entire set of records again.

Re: onedrive excel spreadsheet as source

Thanks for reporting this Jerry!. To investigate this furthur i will need following piece of information from you.

1.) Your Flow run ID of the problematic run. You can get it from the url of your flow. e.g. see highlighted below https://flow.microsoft.com/manage/flows/YYYYYYY/runs/XXXXXXX

2.) More details on how are you using the flow. We dont support excel as a trigger, it is only supported as an action. Supported action on excel doesnt support getting only the unporcessed/updated row (delta fetching). It will give you all the row or a single row

Re: onedrive excel spreadsheet as source

I think the scenario is as you explained. Everytime it connects it does what is expected, it returns all the rows and creates them in CRM. I am going to add a filter so it only looks at rows that haven't been processed yet.
