Re: send emails or reminders to external users

Hi @AmitLoh-Powerap,

Yes you can send email to external users. Have a look at Send email flow templates. There are couple available.

Thanks

Re: send emails or reminders to external users

Hi,

I think all the actions about "send an email" can be used to send emails and reminders to external users in Flow.

Re: send emails or reminders to external users

Hi, Mona.

I have created an approval flow that requires two levels of approval outside of my organization.  The Flow totally works when I test it inside my organization.  It is failing at the first external email address.  I have that email address pulling from a list I have created where the column is a "person".  Since the first recipient is not a O365 subscriber, the list does not recognize him as a User and the flow fails because it cannot display his name.

I have added him as a member to the SharePoint site that he needs to visit to review what he must approve but that doesn't seem to help.  Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,

Mari
