Export Non-Text Data from Power App to Word Template Using Word Online Premium Connector

I'm trying to make printable (word/PDF) report option, because Print() doesn't work well enough for my user's abilities.  I'm trying to create a template for a canvas power app that I'm using (and it doesn't work so well). Users across the community college input multiple types of data into a form, that information is saved in MS Lists. I'd like them to be able to click "print" and the data is generated into a custom Word template.

In Word, under Developer>Controls, I see the option for Drop Down List Content Control, Date Picker Content Control, etc. But when I try to grab this data from Power Apps, the error comes up that it's not the right type of data.

Hoping to be able to set this up in power automate properly, and use data that isn't just text-based.

Thanks in advance,
