My custom connector which integrate with external API (Snowflake) using OAuthn 2.0 keep raising error to re-authenticate

I have created a custom connector, which integrates with external system named snowflake , the custom connection uses OAuth 2.0 as the security. now when i run the flow one or 2 times it will work correctly where i will get the data from the snowflake, but after couple of minutes i will get this error:-

any advice on this? is this something i can fix inside my custom connector?
