Data Integration. Unable create new "Connection set" using CRM

After PowerApps (17.08.2017) update in "Data Integration" section I'm unable to add new "Connection set" consists of "Dynamics 365 Sales", "CDS" and "Dynamics 365 for Operations" connectors because of error (pic. 1):

(The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.), Unable to retrieve businessUnit for CRM environment: https://europe-001.azure-apim.net/apim/dynamicscrmonline/123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef0/datasets/mytestcrm.crm4/tables/businessunits/items?$select=name Session id: 12345678-90ab-cdef-1234-567890abcdef

The issue also detected in the Flow, during attempt to use "Dynamics 365 Sales" connector on step when I should choose "Entity name" I'm getting error (pic. 2):

Could not retrieve values. error executing the api /datasets/mytestcrm.crm4/tables

CRM instance is online, accessible and works fine.

In "Azure Logic Apps" the CRM connector works fine.

Re: Data Integration. Unable create new "Connection set" using CRM

Hi @ADudarenko,

Any recent changes has bee nunder the Dynamics 365 side? Specially Authentication related?

Please take a try to update the authentication information stored under the Dynamics 365 connection.

Manage your connections in PowerApps

Check to see if that helps.

The List records action for the Dynamics 365 works from my side:

Re: Data Integration. Unable create new "Connection set" using CRM

No CRM changes were performed last week.
I've tried to recreate connections managed provided manual.
OData successfully could be received using browser/SDK request.
Can you try to create new connection set in your environment please?

Re: Data Integration. Unable create new "Connection set" using CRM

I also get the same error. I also tried to setup a new Dynamics 365 connection. Is this error maybe related to our CRM instance running in EMEA? Are they not supported or maybe it has just not been tested?

Maybe changing of region will work, but still it is not a solution.

Re: Data Integration. Unable create new "Connection set" using CRM

You can  not change the region of the CRM-System easily. So if our EMEA instance is the reason for the connection error I assume it is not supported. I just pinged one of the PMs to ask for help.
