Re: How to display all users from Office365

Hi @harvinb,

Symptom confirmed.

It should be a current configuration (Max count hardcoded) for the searchuser function.

I will submit this as a content feedback, to suggest updating this information under the following page:

Office 365 Users

In addition to this function, please take a try with the Azure AD connection, take use of the Getgroupmembers() function, if this still can't meet the requirements, then you may consider build up your own custom API;

https://outlook.office.com/api/beta/me/people/?$top=1000&$Select=DisplayName

API reference:

Outlook People REST API reference(Preview)

Register and use custom connectors in PowerApps

Regards,

Michael

Re: How to display all users from Office365

Hi @harvinb,

Take a try with the Office365Users.SearchUser() function, under the items property of the Gallery control, copy and paste the following:

Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:""})

Which should be able to display an Office 365 User List.

Re: How to display all users from Office365

@v-micsh-msftThanks for that.

I have tried that and it only gives me 100 items.

I actually need to display all users that are member of a certain CompanyName.

I did tried Filter(Office365.SearchUser({searchTerm:""}), CompanyName="Company").

But it only grab users that are in that company based on the result of the 100 items I get from SearchUser.

Hi @johnmacabar I used Azure connector and that solved the issue with the search.

Re: How to display all users from Office365

Hi @harvinb , it would be great if you could give further details on the formula you used to return a list of all users as I have the same requirement.

Was it the Azure AD connector?

Thanks!
